It’s really simple. First, book a video appointment at a time that suits you. During the call, we’ll chat about what you’re looking for, guide you through measurements, and help you design your perfect garment. We’ll also show you fabric options and advise on customisation details.

Once we’ve finalised your measurements and design choices, it usually takes 6–9 weeks to create and deliver your bespoke piece. If you have a deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to work around it.

If adjustments are needed, we’ll help. We can guide you through minor tweaks or arrange for alterations with a trusted local tailor. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with the fit.
