What is the Gallery Collection?
The Gallery Collection is Fielding & Nicholson’s fully bespoke tailoring for men and women. Your pattern is drawn from scratch, every jacket is full canvas, and each two piece takes over 75 hours of hand detailing. Made in London, from £2,500.
Cut from you, not adjusted to you. Made to measure changes an existing pattern. Bespoke starts with a blank one. We check the fit in a try-on garment before your cloth is cut, then see you for up to 3 fittings, so every change is made on you, not guessed at.
Full canvas, shoulder to hem
Every Gallery jacket is built on a full canvas: a layer of canvas stitched in from the shoulder down to the hem, never glued. It gives the most shape and structure of any jacket we make.
From the shoulder
The canvas starts at the top of the shoulder.
Through the chest and lapel
It shapes the chest and helps the lapel roll naturally.
All the way to the hem
It runs the full length of the front. Half canvas stops at the chest.

How your Gallery piece is made
About 10 weeks from measuring to collection, with your first fitting at about 4 weeks. You are part of every stage.

What is the difference between bespoke and made to measure?
Bespoke means your pattern is drawn and cut from scratch, with fittings along the way. Made to measure starts from your own measurements, applied to an existing pattern. The Gallery Collection is fully bespoke, and the Icon Collection is made to measure.
How much does the Gallery Collection cost?
Prices start from £2,500, including VAT. The final price depends on the cloth and styling you choose, and every piece comes with a 5 year guarantee.
How long does a Gallery piece take?
About 10 weeks from measuring to collection, with your first fitting at about 4 weeks.
What is a try-on garment?
It is a garment we use alongside your measurements to check the fit before your cloth is cut, so the pattern is right before work begins.
How many fittings will I have?
Up to 3 fittings, so every change is made on you in person rather than guessed at.
What is a full canvas jacket?
A layer of canvas is stitched in from the shoulder down to the hem, rather than glued. It gives the jacket the most shape and structure of any jacket we make.
Where is the Gallery Collection made?
Every Gallery piece is made in London.
Is the Gallery Collection available for women as well as men?
Yes. Your pattern is drawn around your own measurements, so it works the same way for men and women.
