Where can I use my voucher?

Vouchers can be used at our London, Manchester and Brighton showrooms. Simply contact us to book an appointment.

How long is a gift voucher valid?

Every Fielding & Nicholson voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How is the voucher delivered?

Digital vouchers are emailed within 24 hours. Printed vouchers are produced on premium card and posted free of charge in a presentation envelope.

How does the recipient use their voucher?

They simply contact us to book a personal tailoring consultation. The appointment takes place in person and begins with a conversation about their preferred cloths, style and fit.

Can a voucher be passed on to someone else?

Yes. A voucher can be passed on to another person if needed.

What if the garment costs more than the voucher?

The voucher can be put towards a larger order, and the balance is paid at the appointment.

Can I get a refund?

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you bought your voucher online, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase, as long as it has not been used. See our gift voucher terms for full details.
