From the first conversation to the day you collect, here is what happens at each stage.
Consultation
Meet a tailor at a showroom, at your home or office, or by video. It is free, and we plan your twenty pieces together.
Measuring and cloth
We take a full set of measurements by hand, note your posture and proportions, and help you choose from over 5,000 cloths, including the cloth for your dinner suit.
Fittings
You come back for fittings, usually two, so every piece is adjusted to you.
Collection
Collect your finished wardrobe. Every piece comes with our 5 year guarantee.

Does the Windsor Capsule include a dinner suit?
Yes, at least one of the four suits or tailored sets is a dinner suit, for black tie and formal events. We help you choose the cloth for it at your consultation.
Can I swap pieces in the capsule?
Yes, you can change the mix to suit how you dress, such as fewer shirts and more knitwear. We plan the final list of pieces with you at your consultation.
Does the Windsor Capsule work the same way for women?
Yes, every capsule is made for women as well as men. You can choose women’s tailored sets, blouses and separates, all cut to your own measurements.
I already have the Kensington Capsule. Can I move up to Windsor?
Yes, you can move up from the Kensington Capsule to Windsor. Windsor is priced on its own, so pieces you already have are not taken off its price, and the final price depends on the cloth you choose.
Does the 5 year guarantee cover every piece?
Yes, the 5 year guarantee covers every piece in the capsule, including the shirts, blouses and knitwear.
What can I spend the £200 voucher on?
You can spend the £200 voucher on anything you like, and it has no expiry date.
How does payment work?
You pay in full when you place your order. If you cancel before work starts, and within 14 days of paying, you get a full refund.
