Overall, I couldn’t be more effusive in my praise for the whole team at Fielding & Nicholson, particularly Lewis, in helping me realise my cropped jacket.
From the outset, the process felt like a genuine collaboration: they understood what I was trying to achieve, despite a fairly unusual brief, and worked with me to find the best way of realising it.
The finished jacket exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely astonished by how closely it captured what I had originally envisaged, not to mention both the quality of the cut and the construction which produced an exquisite result.
Throughout the process Lewis was proactive, communicative, and reassuring. He kept everything moving, anticipated what needed to happen next and never left me feeling that I had to chase him for updates or decisions. Throughout our engagement, I felt completely involved and in extraordinarily safe hands.
F&N managed that rare combination of creativity, technical precision and impeccable service. I would recommend them without hesitation, particularly to anyone looking for something distinctive and considered.

I had a fantastic experience with Fielding & Nicholson getting my wedding suit made.
Lewis and Ian were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted, but their advice on everything from the style and fit to the finer details of the suit was invaluable, and I always felt like I was in very safe hands.
I also came to them with a fairly short turnaround for such an important suit, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready in time and exactly as it should be.
More than anything, I really enjoyed the whole experience of having the suit made with them. The service felt personal from start to finish, and I was absolutely delighted with the finished suit. Plus most importantly, the suit looked great. I could not get enough compliments on the evening.
I couldn’t recommend Lewis, Ian and the team highly enough. I’ll definitely be going back to Fielding & Nicholson for the next special occasion.

This was my first time getting a tailored suit, and I’m really glad I went to Ian. He has a huge amount of experience and guided me through the whole process, which made everything very easy.
There’s an amazing choice of fabrics and linings, so you can really create a suit that feels completely your own and suits your style perfectly.
Communication was great throughout, and Ian genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients. I’m extremely happy with the finished suit and will definitely be going back to him when I need another one. Highly recommended!

As someone who has commissioned made-to-measure and bespoke garments from a number of Savile Row houses and other luxury tailoring brands in London over the years, I can genuinely say that my experience with Ravi at Fielding & Nicholson was among the very best.
I recently commissioned a made-to-measure double-breasted two-piece suit, and the entire experience was second to none. From the initial consultation through to the final fitting, Ravi demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He took the time to discuss every aspect of the design and customisation, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly balanced classic tailoring principles with my personal preferences.
What impressed me most was Ravi’s depth of expertise in tailoring and style. It’s immediately clear that he has a genuine passion for his craft, and working with someone who understands not only how a suit should fit, but also why certain design choices work, makes all the difference.
The finished suit exceeded my expectations. The fit, proportions, and overall execution are outstanding, but what truly surprised me was how it feels to wear. Lewis was spot on in recommending the right cloth and structure for my suits and I am super happy with how they came out. I even managed to get my suit from 15 years ago altered at no cost. It fits perfectly!

I came to Fielding and Nicholson for my wedding suit and was looked after by Ravi from start to finish. The whole experience was genuinely excellent. From the very first appointment, Ravi made the process feel completely effortless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered great advice without being pushy, and guided me through the options with real expertise and patience.
The fittings were smooth and well organised, and Ravi was always on hand to answer questions and make sure everything was progressing perfectly. The attention to detail throughout was outstanding, and the finished suit exceeded my expectations.
If you are looking for a wedding suit, I cannot recommend Ravi and the team at Fielding and Nicholson highly enough. A truly first class experience from beginning to end.

Excellent, I couldn’t recommend F&N any more. I bought a made to measure black tie suit for my wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Lewis was amazing, very personal and knowledgable. I had been to a number of other tailors prior to F&N to get an idea of who I wanted to buy my suit from and none were as helpful and personable. Quality of suit was excellent and very good value. For a made to measure suit, I was able to customise the suit far more than most other tailors would allow.
Highly recommend their service and suits. I will definitely be buying from F&N again.

Without doubt the best tailoring experience I've had. I came to Lewis and his team with some tweed that had been sitting in an attic for a couple of years, it had a great deal of sentimental value as it was gifted to me by a late relative. I was hoping to get a three-piece suit out of it. Lewis and everyone at Fielding Nicholson were so knowledgeable and helpful but what really struck me was the enthusiasm they had for the project. They truly care and the results speak to that. I'm delighted with the suit, it couldn't have turned out any better and will have it for years to come. It is without doubt the best thing I've worn. Lewis and co did everything possible to make sure it turned out to be the highest quality piece. I cannot recommend them enough and will be back again.

Just received my 7th suit from Ian and Alex at Fielding & Nicholson and it’s perfect. Bought my first suit from them in 2017 and was thoroughly pleased with both the service offered and (even more so) the quality of the finished product. There really is nothing like the feel of donning a well tailored suit. And the process itself it’s a wonderful experience being able to input into every design decision. I look forward to many suits from these gentlemen in the future.

First time i have had a suit made by these after having several made in the past elsewhere. Service was very professional, welcoming, and reassuring. I was kept up to date of progress all through the making of the suit. Appointments were on time and again, welcoming at all times. No cancellations or delays.
The finished product was perfect and was an incredibly good fit at the first time of trying on. No adjustments required.

Amazing experience having my wedding suit made.
Lewis took me through the whole process step by step and made it so easy. He was great at listening to my ideas, making suggestions, coming up with a range of options in the end helped me create an incredible looking suit. It included some customisations that make the suit personal to me, and some really cool details that make it subtly stand out (like the angled button holes and coloured stitching).
The service was exceptional with Lewis always happy to go the extra mile for me.
I have the only suit in the world of its kind and it looks amazing.

Fed up of just buying off the shelf suits I decided to have a tailor made one and really glad I went with Fielding & Nicholson. The experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
I met up with Lewis who ran through a range of options as well as giving great advice on colours, what would look best on me etc.
We went for a 3-piece navy blue and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The fit, cut and colour were all outstanding and delivered in a speedy and efficient manner. Lewis’s communication is very good and he kept me updated throughout. Knowing that they will continue to alter the size if I gain or lose weight to keep the suit looking sharp shows the great customer service they provide.
I recently met up with Ian Fielding-Calcutt and we discussed looking at a smart casual option for next time.
It’s such a pleasure to work with Fielding & Nicholson to have the bespoke personal service and highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nathalie from Fielding and Nicolson, who created two beautifully tailored shirts for me. Several weeks ago I linked in with Natalie May regarding a custom shirt. All good and I will be recieving soon .. However her knowledge and professionalism hit a note with me and yesterday we had a further appointment to discuss a bespoke suit and some corrections on a suit I had made by another supplier. I have to say the service was impeccable , relaxed but professional and put me totally at ease .. Obviously I have now purchased the suit and look forward to the remainder of the process. I have worked with Nathalie for nearly 10 years on my tailoring. Nathalie has always managed to give me a look that makes me feel amazing. Whether that’s for work or something a bit more casual. A friend recommended Lewis at Nicholson & Fielding as I wanted to have a new dinner suit made (for me and my Best Man) for my wedding. I have never had a made-to-measure suit before and it was a wonderful experience. Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the measuring and making process and helped create something that was both classic and different. Even the jacket lining was carefully selected to match our shoes! Lewis also helped select the accessories to go with the suit (bow tie, shirt studs, braces) to make sure every element worked together. It was important not to outshine the Bride, but at the same time, Lewis ensured I looked dignified, stylish and smart on the day. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a distinctive touch.

I specifically use Alex Riley who I would recommend to anyone for ideas on the perfect bespoke suit for any occasion. Alex has helped me with my last 4 suits, 2 jackets, trousers and fitted shirts. Outstanding suit and even better customer service. I started a new job in the city and decided that my formal wardrobe was in need of a proper upgrade! Lewis was as attentive as he was knowledgable and helped me to design the perfect suits for my needs. I needed something that was durable and smart, but modest enough for the work environment. Something that would impress but that was ultimately functional. His experience regarding design and fabric requirements for different occasions was excellent.
