01 Buying a voucher
Vouchers are available in values from £100 to £10,000. All prices include VAT. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
02 Delivery
Digital vouchers are emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Printed vouchers are produced on premium card and posted free of charge in a presentation envelope. Please check addresses carefully, as we cannot be responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect address.
03 Where vouchers can be used
Vouchers can be used at our London, Manchester and Brighton showrooms. To use a voucher, contact us to book an appointment, and bring your voucher or quote its code when you visit.
04 Validity
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and must be used within that time. The expiry date is shown on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used or extended after they expire, and any balance left at that point is lost.
05 Using your voucher
A voucher can be used in one visit or put towards a larger order. Any unused balance remains available until the voucher expires. If your order costs more than the voucher, the balance is paid at your appointment.

06 Refunds and cash
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you bought your voucher online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase, as long as it has not been used, and we will refund you in full.
07 Transfers
Vouchers can be passed on to another person.
08 Lost or stolen vouchers
Please keep your voucher safe and treat it like cash. If a voucher is lost, contact us with your order number. If it has not been used, we may be able to reissue it, at our discretion.
