BESPOKE TAILORING FOR MEN
Suits, shirts, outerwear and occasion wear. Cut to your body, built for how you live and work.
There is a reason most men buy off the peg. It is easy. It is fast. And until you wear something made for you, you do not know what you are missing. The shoulders are close enough. The trousers are near enough. The jacket does a job. You get used to it.
Then you put on something cut to your body. The shoulders sit flat. The chest does not pull. The trousers break right on the shoe. Nothing needs fixing. It just works. That is what we do.
We make everything from business suits and shirts to evening wear, country clothes, coats and occasion pieces. Every piece starts with your size, your cloth, and a chat about what you need it for. Your tailor runs the process from first visit to final fitting.
Our clients range from City workers and creatives to grooms and country sports types. There is no type. If you care about fit, this is the right place.
Consultations in our Mayfair showroom, at home, or by video. Fittings also held in Manchester, Zurich and New York.

HOW IT WORKS
From first conversation to finished garment. What happens at each stage and what to expect.
The Consultation
Your first visit takes about an hour. We talk about what you need and what you have in mind. Then we look at cloths, talk styles, and take your measurements. No pressure to decide on the spot. Some men know what they want. Others need help. Both are fine.
Measurements
We take a full set of measurements: chest, waist, hips, shoulders, arms, back, and more. We check your posture and how you stand. These numbers give us what we need to build your pattern.
Cloth Selection
We carry cloths from Holland and Sherry, Dormeuil, Scabal, Loro Piana and more. Wools, linens, silks, cashmere, cotton, tweed, and tech cloths. Your tailor will bring samples and help you pick based on what you are making and when you will wear it.
Fittings
Two to three fittings are normal. We check how the cloth sits and how the shape feels. Nothing leaves until we are both happy.
Timeline
Most pieces take 6 to 8 weeks. Shirts are faster. Got a deadline? Talk to us. We can often speed things up.
CLOTH AND DETAIL
Where the fabrics come from, what choices you have, and the details that make a garment yours.
Fabric Sources
We source from some of the best mills in the world. Holland and Sherry, Dormeuil, Scabal, and Loro Piana for suits and coats. Harris Tweed, Lovat, and Porter and Harding for country cloths. DJ Anderson, Thomas Mason, and Alumo for shirts. Your tailor will match the cloth to the job.
What You Choose
Every detail is yours. Lapels. Buttons. Lining. Pockets. Cuffs. Trouser finish. A monogram if you want one. Nothing is standard. Nothing is assumed.
The 5-Year Guarantee
Every piece comes with our 5-year guarantee for wear and tear or changes in weight. That is rare in this trade. We stand behind what we make.
NEW TO BESPOKE?
What to expect if you have never had anything tailored before.
You Do Not Need To Know Anything
You do not need to know cloth names or the difference between a full canvas and a half canvas. That is our job. You just need to know what the piece is for and a rough idea of what you want. No idea at all? Also fine. We will help.
What To Wear
Wear what you like. Something close to the body helps with sizing, but it does not need to be smart.
What It Costs
Price depends on the piece, the cloth, and how it is built. We are happy to talk budgets at the first visit. No minimum spend. No hard sell. Most men start with one piece and come back for more.
Why Bespoke Over Made To Measure
Bespoke means a pattern drawn from scratch for your body. Made-to-measure tweaks an existing pattern to fit your size. Both are better than off the peg. Bespoke gives you the best fit and the most control. We offer both and your tailor will help you choose.
START WITH A CONSULTATION
Whether you know what you want or you are just starting to think about it, the first step is the same. Book a consultation and we will talk through your options. No pressure. Just a straight conversation about what would work for you.
