Bookings: Walk-ins are welcome between store opening hours (Monday to Friday), but private bookings are available for wedding dresses and special events. Call or message us to arrange a visit on the weekend.
Fittings: We recommend trying on your clothing in-store so we can pin adjustments and ensure you’re happy before alterations begin.
Turnaround: Our turnaround time varies by season and we always prioritise quality. Urgent alterations can be completed within a short time frame depending on the work required.
