Where are you located?

We have three locations. Our Headquarters are in London’s Mayfair, we also have partner spaces in Zürich and Cheshire, UK. The addresses are featured on our locations page.

How do I contact you?

Do I need to book an appointment prior to visiting your showrooms?

Yes, unlike an ordinary shop we offer a bespoke and in person one-on-one service. Please book an appointment here.

Do you offer an affiliate / referral program?

Yes we do. We offer 10% cash back or complementary clothing for referring friends or relatives. Let us know if you’re aware of anyone who would benefit from the F&N tailoring experience

Where are your suits made?
  • Fielding & Nicholson is a British company run by Ian Fielding-Calcutt. All of our clothes are made by UK-based companies using cloth woven in either Britain or Italy.

  • Our Bespoke collection is cut in London by our Master Tailor Raymond.  

  • Our Made-to-Measure collection is made by tailors in Portugal. We also work with Yorkshire-based tailors which operate an IEEA factory based in India. 

 

  • Our casuals collection is produced by Belgian specialist tailors.

 

  • Our shirts are handmade in The Czech Republic and Manchester, UK (via special request and additional cost).

 

  • Our ties are made by Amanda Christensen of Sweden.

 

  • Our hangers are made by Toscanini of Italy.

I live in a country where you don't have locations, can you make this work?

Yes we can. With our remote fitting service, we can have you measured, fitted and garments completed without even needing to meet you. Get in touch with us to find out more information.

How do I ensure the clothes fit me?

We can take 15 different measurements, photographs and assess body configuration at the outset to determine the best possible fit for our clients. If there are any concerns over fitting we recommend always opting for our Elegance range which comes with as many try on ’toile’ fittings as required to achieve the perfect fit. 

Can I provide my own fabric?

Yes, you can. For own fabric orders you pay 1/3 less than our marked prices for your order.

I've just had my first appointment, what happens next?

Once you’ve placed your order, it will take 4-5 weeks for your first fitting if you are having a suit made from our Elegance collection. For Gallery and Icon level the first fitting takes place after 7-8 weeks. Once your items are ready for the first fitting, you will receive an email inviting you to book a fitting consultation (typically no longer than 45 minutes). Our tailors will assist while you try on your garment(s) and take alteration requests, which will be completed in approximately 1 week. You can also indicate whether you would like another delivery appointment or a home delivery.
