The biggest Autumn-Winter 2020 trends for men

Chunky knits and cardigans

We think it’s absolutely acceptable to prioritise comfort in your wardrobe after this long year and a go-to is definitely oversized, super plush and chunky knitwear.

For keeping you warm and looking great these will be the best friends to see you through this damp and cold weather. It’s not only just the classic crew necks, roll necks and cable knits but chunky cardigans are definitely a great choice for this season too.

Sage green

Tonal greens have a place in both spring/summer and autumn/winter trends with sage definitely something to look for when it comes to your outfits this season.

It’s an easy to colour to wear. Pair it with light and dark tones depending on the situation.  For a casual look mix a sage overshirt with beige trousers and a white T-shirt. Sage green has its own tonal colour, lighter to darker and almost a pastel colour so you will find plenty of options.

If you’re looking for something a bit more formal opt for a sage shirt or even take the choice a step further and look at a sage suiting.

Another versatile trend for this season is checks. From the basic check shirt with a pair of jeans to a full three-piece check suit.

Not ready for a full check suit?  Try a pair of trousers and a white button-down shirt.  Remember that check’s don’t have to be bright and garish, they can be subdued, such as a green and dark navy.

The check is even great for an overcoat or jacket to add a subtle hint of colour to your business wardrobe.

Keep an eye out for a good check next time you’re adding to your wardrobe.

A simple but timeless essential in any man’s wardrobe, shearling is a must have.

It’s definitely worth thinking about having at least one jacket with shearling on in your arsenal for those extra cold days
